Although listed as a reconditioned product, the unit I received appeared to be brand new. This is a heavy, but heavy duty, grinder. I can use it until my arms give out without the case becoming particularly warm. It has plenty of power and you have to put a lot of pressure on the grinding wheel before you will see any reduction in speed.
The adjustable guard and multiple position handle give this grinder a lot of versatility.
You can spend more money, but I don't think you can find a much better grinder.
