 Refurb is the way to go November 18, 2008
I've always been a skeptic of recon/refurbished items since you hear horror stories of products being badly damaged and "used".
However, I must say that this item came looking brand new. I could not find anything cosmetically wrong with it.
I did not want a large and bulky screwdriver but did not want to spend hours screwing things in by hand.
I enjoyed the product and for a cheaper price. Great for a bargain shopper who doesn't mind a 'reconditioned' item.

I had bought a new one a few years ago, and needed a second. So a bought a refurb and saved $20. I broke within a year. Not worth it.
