| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Product Description The Bostitch straight finish nailer kit has a lightweight aluminum design and a tool-free adjustable exhaust that conveniently directs exhaust away from your face. Its no-mar tip protects sensitive worksurfaces, and its adjustable depth guide sets nails to just the right depth quickly and conveniently. The SB-1664FN is great for interior and exterior finish and trim, furniture, cabinet work, and staircases. This kit includes the nailer, a 1/4-inch air fitting, 1,000 two-inch nails, a carrying case, and oil.

Hard to get nails for this nailer September 24, 2006 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Bostitch claims you can use a wide variety of nails for this nailer; however when I went to Home Depot, they did not sell any Bostitch nails; when I went to Lowes, they sold only the Bostich 1 1/2 inch nails. I suppose I can use another brand of nails (e.g. Senco, Craftsman, etc) but when I buy a particular brand, I want to use that brand's accessories. Other than that the nailer works fine; no better nor worse then any other quality brand of finishing nailer. If you can find another first rate brand (not a cheaper foreign import) at a lower price, I would buy that brand as this nailer does not offer anything that another brand does not.
